The work that Reboot Accel is doing is very valuable. I proudly advocate for and support the Empower program, and have each of my direct reports currently attending or have graduated from it. Since program completion, I have been promoted within my organization to C-suite and now lead our organization’s first Employee Resource Group, as well as serve as a Mentor in our first mentorship program.
